USB2.0 InGaAs Near-Infrared Camera "031TNIR"

This is a near-infrared camera with a high sensitivity in the 900 to 1700 nm near-infrared range, using an InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) image sensor.

Near-infrared light is not visible to the human eye, but it is a safe light that is also included in sunlight. It is most easily absorbed by objects and does not particularly react to color or heat; however, when light containing near-infrared is directed at a subject, the differences in the material of the subject result in variations in the reflection and absorption of light, which are captured as images. It can visualize things that are difficult to capture with CCD/CMOS cameras, making it ideal for applications such as laser alignment and defect inspection of silicon wafers. 【Features】 ■ High sensitivity to near-infrared light in the range of 900–1700nm ■ Utilizes InGaAs (Indium Gallium Arsenide) image sensor ■ High resolution of 640×512 pixels for InGaAs sensors ■ Capable of image output at 27.5 frames per second ■ Features a USB 2.0 interface with excellent compatibility with PCs ■ Achieves complete bulk transfer with built-in memory QVGA size (320x256) is also available. *By downloading the catalog, you can view images taken with this camera.

Detects wavelengths from 400 to 1700 nm with CoaXPress, enabling acquisition of visible + SWIR images!

A new CoaXPress camera has arrived, capable of inspecting previously unseen workpieces with a detection wavelength range of 400nm to 1700nm! It can capture both visible and SWIR images with a single camera. **Benefits of Inspection in the SWIR Band** - Subjects that appear the same color under visible light can show different colors in the SWIR band due to varying moisture absorption rates, allowing for differentiation of materials and contents. - Depending on the type of liquid, light can be absorbed or transmitted, enabling the detection of the presence and quantity of contents, as well as the presence of foreign substances. - Leaf veins and bruises on fruits become more pronounced, making it effective for freshness checks and quality inspections. Leveraging these features, the camera is expected to be utilized in various applications such as wafer inspection, electronic circuit board inspection, food inspection, agricultural product inspection, pharmaceutical and tablet inspection, identification classification, and process quality control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or contact our sales department.*
